TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Check in time after 3.00 pm and check out time before 12.00 noon.
• Cancellation :

  No Of Rooms	Minimum Notice Required
  Less than 10 rooms	10 days prior to arrivals
  10 - 25 rooms	14 days prior to arrivals
  26 or more rooms	21 days prior to arrivals

• The contract rate is valid on weekdays only ( Sunday to Monday ). Not applicable during weekend and public holiday.
• The rate is nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax. From time to time, the hotel will be offering promotional rate and such rates are applicable whenever it is lower.
• Long Staying Guest - 50% of total charge will be imposed upon check in.
