·         Check in time after 3.00 pm and check out time before 12.00 noon.

·         Cancellation :

Less than 10 rooms	10 days prior to arrivals
10 - 25 rooms	14 days prior to arrivals
26 or more rooms	21 days prior to arrivals

·         The contract rate is valid with immediate effect until 31st DICEMBER 2010 and will be reviewed annually depending on the volume of business generated by your organization to the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to revise all rates without notice.

·         The rate is nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax. From time to time, the hotel will be offering promotional rate and such rates be applicable whenever it is lower.

·         LONG STAYING GUEST- 50% of the total charge will be imposed upon check in.
