- Rates are quoted nett in Ringgit Malaysia inclusive of all applicable taxes
- Packages are subject to availability Packages are applicable to Malaysians, Permanent Residents in Malaysia and ASEAN Nationals only
- Check in time at 2pm and check out at 12noon
- Extra bed available at RM50.00nett/bed/night
- Maximum occupant per room: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (maximum 1 extra bed per room
- You are now booking thru a travel agent and not dealing directly with the hotel & all bookings made are based on prepayment basis
- Booking must be made minimum 2 working days before arrival date (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holiday)
- Prepayment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), online banking or telegraphic transfer
- Offline credit card processing fee at 7% of total amount
- Cancellations or amendments cannot be made within 4 working days prior to the day of arrival
- If cancellations or amendments made before NON-CANCELLATION PERIOD, a credit processing fee at 7% will be imposed and minimum administrative fee of RM50
- The Management will not be held for any transportation changes resulting in rescheduling, cancellation or delay
- The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice
