Day 1    Arrival / Kota Kinabalu / Brief City Tour (D)

Upon arrival, meet and transfer for a brief city tour, brings you to the Sabah Foundation Building, Poh Toh Tze Temple and Sabah State Mosque. A drive up Signal Hill affords you a panoramic view of the landscape and offshore islands of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. After the brief tour, transfer to you hotel for check in and overnight.

Day 2   Sapi Island Tour (B / BBQ L)

Pick up from hotel and transfer to the jetty. Just 15 minutes’ boat ride from Kota Kinabalu, are the beautiful coral islands of the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park. Offering pristine white beaches, clear water and coral reefs, this is the perfect getaway from the town for a day of relaxation and swimming. Mask and snorkel will be provided, plus a BBQ lunch. Basic washroom facilities are available on the island, and your return will be mid-afternoon.

Day 3   Monsopiad Cultural Village / Proboscis River Safari (B/ L/ D)

Take a leisurely drive into the countryside, you will see the typical village of the "Kadazan", Sabah’s largest ethnic group. At the Monsopiad Cultural Village, you will have the opportunity to meet with the descendant of the famous "Monsopiad", who was known as the greatest headhunter warrior in the early century. His collection of skulls is hung in a house specially built for this. It is a telling story of the Borneo Headhunter. A cultural performance will be presented.  After lunch, continue the tour to Klias Wetlands, some 25 km south of Beaufort, a beautiful environment of rivers, mangrove forest and sago palms. This is home to the unique proboscis monkey (Nasalis Larvatus), endemic only to Borneo. In the late afternoon, as our small open boat drifts past the mangrove, groups of these amazing animals make their way to the riverbank before settling down for the evening. This is a wonderful opportunity to watch these animals in the wild as dusk falls. Following the boat trip, dinner is provided, before the return road trip back to Kota Kinabalu. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4    Kota Kinabalu / Airport (B)

Free at leisure until transfer to airport for departure.

6.      Your deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation by you. Upon cancellation you will be liable to a fee to cover the estimate cost and expenses incurred by us in terms of schedule set out hereunder. This is expressed as percentage of the holiday price and is calculated as follows:

-          75% cancellation charge for booking / confirmation cancel within 72 hours
