CHILDREN RATE
Children between 4 - 12 yrs sharing same room with 2 adults - 60% of twin rate

• Rates quoted are nett in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) based on PER PERSON BASIS
• Above rates are applicable for online booking only
• Package must be taken as a whole package
• No refund or substitutes are given for any items on the package not utilized
• No Refund for early departure or incomplete stay

• Check in time at 2pm and check out at 11noon
• You are now booking thru a travel agent and not dealing directly with the hotel & all bookings made are based on prepayment basis
• Booking must be made minimum 2 working days before arrival date (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holiday)
• Prepayment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), online banking or telegraphic transfer
• Offline credit card processing fee at 5% of total amount

• Cancellation policies
  A cancellation fee of 35% of total room price or package billing will be imposed on any cancellation made 7 days prior to the arrival date.

  No refund will be made in whole or in part for unused days or unconsumed food at the Resort resulting from late arrival or premature departure. Confirmed guests who do not show up will be charged in full and no refund is made for whatever reasons.

  The Resort reserves the right to revise the rates without prior notice.

  If cancellations or amendments made before NON-CANCELLATION PERIOD, a credit processing fee at 5% will be imposed and minimum administrative fee of RM50
