PACKAGE INCLUDES

Twin share water cottage accommodation with private sundeck at SWV Resort. Return airport transfer to Semporna Jetty and return speedboat transfer to resort. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner (Except on arrival and departure day). 03 boat dives daily (Except on arrival and NO DIVES on departure day) with one dive per day to Mabul Island, Kapalai and Sipadan Island. Unlimited Mabul House Reef Dives (between 6am – 6pm and exclusive of night dives) All dives are inclusive of Tanks, Weights and Weight Belt; rental of equipment can be arranged at resort. Non Diving Package include 01 boat snorkeling with snorkeling equipment. Extra boat snorkeling trip is chargeable at RM50.00 per person per trip

CHILD & INFANT RATE

Child 3-12 years old : 50% of Non Diver rate (sharing with parent in same room) Infant below 3 years old : 10% of Non Diver rate

• Transfer other than the above times is subject to extra charges.
• Single Supplement : 50% on top of package rates.
• Domestic market is for Malaysian and Expatriates residing in Malaysia (proof of residency is required)
• Sipadan diving or snorkeling is subject to BKN approval.
• Please take note that entry permit fee (RM40.00 per person per day) to Sipadan Island will be payable at the resort upon confirmation on Sipadan trips.  
• Please bring along your identity of children & infant to facilitate smooth process through immigration
  
  

BOOKING FEE
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit 50% of a total amount (non refundable) is required upon booking of tours. Balance or full payment must be made 14 days prior to departure. Failure to comply with this may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

AMENDMENT FEE
A charge of RM100 per person will be levied for each amendment.

ACCOMMODATION
Our tour fare consists of single, twin and triple occupancy. The term single, twin, triple to indicate the number of full paying passengers and confirmation for a triple mean we are confirming 01 rollaway bed. Bedding varies from hotel to hotel, but the following usually applies:

Single               :   01 Queen Size Bed / 02 Single Beds
Twin / Double  :   01 Queen Size Bed / 02 Single Beds
Triple              :   01 Queen Size Bed / 02 Single Beds + 1 Rollaway Bed

Most hotels will not put more than one rollway in a room, baby cots can be requested in advance and if extra charge applies, passenger must pay directly to the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your booking at any time but must be made in writing to avoid misunderstanding. Please refer to the Cancellation Fee table below for charges that will apply.

The Company and its general sales agents (hereinafter collectively called “the company”) acts only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and any other principals.

All tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the terms, conditions and agreements under which such transportation and other services provided.

The Company assumes no responsibility or liability in respect of any accidents, injuries, damages, losses, claims, expenses, delays of irregularities whatsoever that may be suffered by or caused to any person or any property and all booking made are subject to the usual conditions of ground operators.

The Company reserves the right at any time to alter or modify any itinerary, hotel accommodation or any other arrangement as it shall deem necessary in the interest of tour members or modification are necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of the company and / or operators.

The Company also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by or for tour members in which event neither the Company nor the operators shall be liable in any way whatsoever in respect of such cancellation or withdrawal save only that the Company shall refund to the tour members such monies paid by them in respect of the bookings cancelled or withdrawn.
