Day 1 Arrive Miri
Upon arrival Miri Airport, meet and greet by our friendly representative then proceed for Miri City Tour – 3hrs, tour features Malaysia 1st Oil Well or The Grand Old Lady located at Canada Hill, The largest Taoist Temple in South East Asia, Miri City Fan, Miri Heritage Centre (handicraft & souvenir) and visit Tamun Muhibbah ~ the local farmers market-you can find various tropical fruit and vegetable. Finally enjoy your shopping at Modern and Trendy Shopping Malls. Transfer to hotel for check in and overnight

Day 2 Niah Cave (B, L)
Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, transfer to Niah National Park (2 ½ hour ride ). Upon arrival Park headquarters, register and have a brief study of the park information at the information center. Then, take a short boat to cross the river to visit Niah Museum. After visit museum proceed on plank walk for 3 KM to the caves main entrance. The walk to the cave take about 45 minutes. The Niah Cave is famous for its edible birds nest found high-up in the cave about 300 ft from the ground. In the Painted Cave you are about to see the prehistoric wall drawing as well as the preserved remains of the STONE AGE PEOPLE 40,000 year old. Return journey on the same plank walk to Niah National Park for lunch. After lunch, transfer back to hotel. 

Day 3  Departure (B)

Breakfast at hotel and free leisure time for you to explore more or do last minute shopping for local handicrafts and souvenirs until transfer to Miri Airport for your flight depart.

Term:
§    Tour (FIT) are strictly on SIC (Sit In Coach) basis & all rate base on Twin / Triple Share.
§    Children under 12 years old (Share Twin) will be charged 95% of the adult rate.
§    Children under 12 years old (With extra bed) will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
§    Children under 12 years old (Without bed) will be charged 65% of the adult rate.

Package includes: 
Return land & boat transfer, 2 nights accommodation at your choice, meals as stated, entrance fee and guided tours.

Package excludes:
All personal expenses return airfare with tax, travel insurance and guide tipping.

Things to bring:         
Torchlight, insect repellent, raincoat, own drinking water, trekking shoes, swim wear, sandal, extra clothing, hat and first aid kit.

Notes:
§  Tour is subject to weather condition.  The company reserves the right to change or cancel tour should conditions beyond the company’s control render if necessary.  An alternative tour may be suggested.        
§  Every person participates in any tour or holiday organized by the company shall be regarded in every respect as carrying his / her own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company does not accept responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other travelers.

BOOKING FEE
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit 50% of a total amount (non refundable) is required upon booking of tours. Balance or full payment must be made 14 days prior to departure. Failure to comply with this may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

AMENDMENT FEE
A charge of RM100 per person will be levied for each amendment.

ACCOMMODATION
Our tour fare consists of single, twin and triple occupancy. The term single, twin, triple to indicate the number of full paying passengers and confirmation for a triple mean we are confirming 01 rollaway bed. Bedding varies from hotel to hotel, but the following usually applies:

Single               :   01 Queen Size Bed / 02 Single Beds
Twin / Double    :   01 Queen Size Bed / 02 Single Beds
Triple              :   01 Queen Size Bed / 02 Single Beds + 1 Rollaway Bed

Most hotels will not put more than one rollway in a room, baby cots can be requested in advance and if extra charge applies, passenger must pay directly to the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your booking at any time but must be made in writing to avoid misunderstanding. Please refer to the Cancellation Fee table below for charges that will apply.

The Company and its general sales agents (hereinafter collectively called “the company”) acts only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and any other principals.

All tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the terms, conditions and agreements under which such transportation and other services provided.

The Company assumes no responsibility or liability in respect of any accidents, injuries, damages, losses, claims, expenses, delays of irregularities whatsoever that may be suffered by or caused to any person or any property and all booking made are subject to the usual conditions of ground operators.

The Company reserves the right at any time to alter or modify any itinerary, hotel accommodation or any other arrangement as it shall deem necessary in the interest of tour members or modification are necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of the company and / or operators.

The Company also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by or for tour members in which event neither the Company nor the operators shall be liable in any way whatsoever in respect of such cancellation or withdrawal save only that the Company shall refund to the tour members such monies paid by them in respect of the bookings cancelled or withdrawn.
