4.      Maslin Travel & Management Services Sdn. Bhd. Will Not Be Responsible or Liable for Any ‘Force Majeure’ - Loss, Injury, Damage, Accidental, Delay or Other Irregularities.

6.      This contract does not apply for Meetings, Convention, Exhibition and Special Events related travels. Rates for such groups or individual will be on request basis.

7.      The Official Check – in time is at 1500hours and check – out time is 1200hours.

8.      Check INS before the official time and check outs after the official time are on request basis subject to availability and unless contractually agreed, a surcharge of 50% of contract rate may be imposed.
