1.      Reservations Should Be Made at Least 60 Days Prior to Arrival

2.      For Reservations, the Following Payment Schedule is required:
Upon Confirmation of Package                   : 50 % of Total Amount 
30 Days Prior to Arrival                              : Full Payment of Total Amount.

3.      Payments Can Be Made By Telegraphic Transfer, Bank Draft, Bank-In or Cash Payable to:

4.      RM 25 will be imposed for any amendment request after confirmation.

      -25% cancellation charge for confirmation cancel less then 40 days before arrival.

      -50% cancellation charge for confirmation cancel less then 21 working days before arrival.

      -75% cancellation charge for confirmation cancel less then 14 working days before arrival.

      -100% cancellation charge for confirmation cancel within 72 hours or NO Show, or          any services that are utilized.

5.   Maslin Travel & Management Services Sdn. Bhd. Will Not Be Responsible or Liable for Any ‘Force Majeure’ - Loss, Injury, Damage, Accidental, Delay or Other Irregularities.

6.   Maslin Travel & Management Services Sdn. Bhd. Reserve The Right to Amend Any Changes of Rates & Itinerary.
