Peak Period Rates: FI period in 2008 (21 to 23 March 2008)

Child Policy: No charge for children under 12 years old occupying same room as parents (without extra bed)

Remarks:

• The aforementioned rates are strictly not applicable for individual business traveler / conventions / meetings / seminars / trade missions / exhibitions / games/ sports and incentive participants
• GIT rates are applicable for packages / tour series programmes for a group of 15 paying persons and above.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

• FIT cancellation of booking must be received by the Hotel 120 hours prior to the date of arrival; otherwise one night room charge will be applied

GROUP CANCELLATION

• In case of group cancellation, a written notice must be received by the hotel at least 28 days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival. Cancellation made within 21 days subject to 50% cancellation fee and if within 14 days or no show, a fee of 100% of a full room charge for the first night may apply.

F1 PERIOD

• Cancellation of booking must be received by the Hotel 40 days prior to the date of arrival; otherwise full duration of room charge will be applied.

NO SHOW CHARGE

• No show room will be subjected to a one night room charge at room rate.
