Pick up from hotel lobby and depart for full day Kinabalu National Park & Poring Hot Spring. A spectacular 3-hours drive out of Kota Kinabalu takes you through the Crocker Mountain Range with a stop at the Nabalu native market. At Poring, brace yourself for a guided canopy walk 200 feet above ground and a dip in the outdoor mineral bathtubs. After lunch, visit the Park Exhibit Centre and Mountain Garden, enjoy the fresh environment in Kinabalu Park, and check in to your accommodation. Overnight stay at the Kinabalu Park Lodge. Dinner will be serving at Park restaurant.

Breakfast at Park restaurant, then registered with park head office for the trekking arrangement. After that together with you mountain guide will be transfer to the starting point (Timpohon Gate) for the journey begun. The packed lunch can be consumed along the way as the trekking will take about 6-7 hours. Upon reaching 11,000 feet, check-into Mountain rest house. Dinner at rest house restaurant.  Overnight at Mountain Hut (Dormitory Bunk Bed)

Before sunrise, wake up at about 0200 hours in the morning & start trekking up to the summit of Mount Kinabalu. The trekking will take about 3-4 hours. At 0600 hours, you will witness the glorious sunrise over the majestic Mount Kinabalu. Descend to Laban Rata. Breakfast at the rest house restaurant. Check-out and trekking down to the Timpohon Gate. Transfer back to park HQ to collect your very own Certificate of Achievement. Lunch at park restaurant. After lunch, transfer back to Kota Kinabalu. Overnight at Radius International Hotel

Day 4   Padas White Water Rafting  (B / BBQ  L )

After breakfast, take a 98km drive overland from Kota Kinabalu to Beaufort. Journey is by rail to Pangi, along the Padas River passing the scenic countryside of Sabah. The Padas River gushes through the spectacular Padas Gorge and offers serious rafters the ultimate white water adventure in Borneo. After rafting down the mighty Padas River, enjoy a sumptuous barbecue lunch before returning to Kota Kinabalu. Overnight at the Radius International Hotel.

Free at leisure until transfer to airport for departure.
