DEPOSIT & PAYMENT For booking placed more than 14 days before departure, a charge of 50% based on the total package price is required at the time of booking. The balance of the full payment must be made no less than 14 days prior to the date of departure. For booking placed less than 14days before departure, the total package price is required at the time of booking. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit. AMENDMENT CHARGES An administrative charge of 5% based on the total package price will be levied for each amendment request after the confirmation. Any other cost arising from the amendment will be borne by the passenger. No amendment can be made within 14 days prior to departure. A change on the entire tour destination is considered as a cancellation and will be charge according to cancellation policy. CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your booking at any time but must be made in writing to avoid misunderstanding. Please refer to the Cancellation Fee table below for charges that will apply.
