MEALS RATES

BOAT TRANSFER RATES

 Remarks:

• The Malaysian Marine Department have imposed an entrance fee of RM5.00 per adult and RM2.50 per child to the Marine Park Pulau Perhentian.
• Child meal rates apply for those between the ages of 4 – 12 years
• Children under the age of 12 sharing the same room as parents, without extra mattress and sleeping on the existing beds with parents are FOC in all room categories.
• Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
• The above rates are based on a maximum of 2 persons in a room. The Superior, Deluxe and Semi Suite rooms can accommodate with 1 extra bed (max. 3 persons) and the Family Suite can accommodate 2 extra beds (max. 4 persons).

 Check-In/Out Time

• Check-in time is after 2:00 pm
• Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Extension of check-out time up to 3:00 pm will be subject to a surcharge of 50% of the applicable room rates. Check-out after 6:00 pm will be subjected to 1 night’s room charge. All extensions will be subject to room availability only.

 Boat Transfer

• The resort will not be liable for refunds, should the guest(s) not be able to enter the Resort due to the bad weather conditions.

 Cancellation and No-Show

• For guaranteed F.I.T reservations, there will be no cancellation charges only if a written notice is provided at least 120 hours prior to the date arrival.
• Any F.I.T reservation cancellations within 120 hours to arrival date (with or without written notice), or in the event of a no-show, a 1 night room rate will be charged, based on published rate
• Group reservation cancellations must be in writing at least 40 days prior to arrival date. In the event of non-compliance, a cancellation fee of 1 night room rate will be charged, based on rates
• Group reservation no-show will be subjected to a cancellation fee of a 1 night room rate plus cost of one day meal if pre arrangement made with the Resort.
