·                      The above rates extended are not valid for meetings, incentive, conference, exhibition & banquet function

·                      The above rates are inclusive of room, breakfast, except on “Rack Rate”

·                      A surcharge of RM 120.00nett per room per night will be imposed during Formula 1 2009. Date to be advised.

·                      A surcharge of RM30.00nett per room per night will be imposed only on 24th & 25th Dec 2008, 31st Dec 2008 and 1st Jan 2009.

“Nett” denotes inclusion of 5% Government tax and 10% Service Charge.

1.      Reservations Should Be Made at Least 60 Days Prior to Arrival.

2.      For Reservations, the Following Payment Schedule is required:
Upon Confirmation of Package    : 50 % of Total Amount
30 Days Prior to Arrival               : Full Payment of Total Amount.
