- A surcharge of RM 50 nett per room per night is applicable for eve of and on public holidays and long duration of peak season New Year, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Hari Raya Haji, Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday, Labour’s Day, Thaipusam’s Day, Wesak Day, Yang Dipertuan Agung’s Birthday, National Day, Deepavali Day, Chrismas Day, including the next day, should the public holiday falls on a Sunday.

Complimentary Policy:-

- Syuen Hotel will provide one complimentary room for every ten (10) paying rooms, up to a maximum of two (2) twin rooms.
