A surcharge of RM30.00 nett per room per night is applicable on the following dates:

From 30 September 2008 to 04 October 2008
From 27 to 28 October 2008
From 01 July 2008 to 31 August 2008
From 15 December 2008 to 02 January 2009

FORMULA ONE SURCHARGE

A surcharge of RM160.00 nett per room per night is applicable during Formula One 2008 period form 21 to 24 March 2008 and during Formula One 2009 period of which the dates are to be advised. Probably somewhere in March or April 2009.

COMPULSORY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR EVE DINNERS

Guests who booked rooms during Christmas and New Year are required to participate in the Compulsory Christmas Eve and New Year Eve dinner at the following rates:

Christmas Eve Gala Dinner: RM95.00 nett per person inclusive of 1 glass of wine
New Year’s Eve Dinner: RM120.00 nett per person inclusive of 1 glass of champagne.

• A surcharge of RM30.00 nett per room per night are applicable on the following dates : 30 September 2008 to 04 October 2008, 27 to 28 October 2008, 01 July 2008 to 31 August 2008, 15 December 2008 to 02 January 2009
• A surcharge of RM160.00 nett per room per night are applicable during Formula One 2008 period form 21 to 24 March 2008 and during Formula One 2009 period of which the dates are to be advised. Probably somewhere in March or April 2009.

• Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM80nett per bed per night with one buffet breakfast.
• No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent to a maximum of one child.
• Maximum number of person allowed in a room is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
• Check In Time : 3.00 pm
• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Meeting and Convention Package are available upon request.
• Baby Cot are provided free-of-charge.
• Extended check-out during Peak Period :
• - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
• - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
