CHECK-IN / OUT POLICY

1.     Check-in time is after 3.00 pm

2.     Check-out is at 12:00 noon. Extension of check-out time up to 3:00 pm will be subject to a surcharge of 50% of the applicable room rates. Check-out after 6:00 pm will be subjected to 1 night’s room charge. All extensions will be subject to room availability only.

COMPLIMENTARY POLICY

1.     For every 15 paying rooms and above, one complimentary room will be accorded to the tour leader.

2.     The complimentary room(s) must be utilized and accorded only during the dates whereby the group is in-house. No rebate will be given in the event that the complimentary room is not utilized. 

BOAT TRANSFER

1.     The resort will not be liable for refunds, should the guest(s) not be able to enter the Resort due to bad weather conditions.
