1300hrs           Transfer to Kota Kinabalu town

1330hrs           Lunch (own expenses)

1500hrs           Transfer to Mesilau Nature Resort

1800hrs           Arrival and check-in Bishop's Head hostel

1900hrs           Dinner (own expenses)

Day 2 - Mt. Kinabalu resthouse

0700hrs           Preparation and keeping

0800hrs           Breakfast and take away packed lunch

0900hrs           Briefing and Hiking to Mt. Kinabalu resthouse

1600hrs           Arrival and check in Mt. Kinabalu resthouse

1800hrs           Dinner

Day 3 - Summit Mt. Kinabalu & Kota Kinabalu town

0130hrs           Wake-up preparation

0230hrs           Hiking to summit Mt. Kinabalu

0530hrs           View Mt. Kinabalu, sunrise, cloud of sea       

0900hrs           Breakfast

1000hrs           Check out room

1130hrs           Return to Timpohon Gate (Kinabalu Park)

1500hrs           Lunch and then transfer to Kota Kinabalu hostel

1800hrs           Arrival and check-in hostel

Minimum age for climbing / hiking Mount Kinabalu is 13 years of age. No child fees is apllicable.

Special notes:

It is recommended that all climbers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any mountain climb. If you have a history of suffering from the following ailments, it is highly recommend that you should refrain from climbing:

Hypertension, Diabetes, Palpitation, Arthritis, Heart disease, severe anemia, Peptic ulcers, Epileptic fits, Obesity (overweight), Chronic asthma, Muscular cramps, Hepatitis (jaundice), or any other disease which may hamper the climber
