Additional charges
1. Additional Island Tour is RM35 per person
2. Additional of RM25 per person for BBQ dinner
TERM AND CONDITIONS
1. The children (defined as from age 3 – 12 years old) are charged 60 % from adult’s rate. For infant below 3 years, the package rate is RM30 per infant.
2. Due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen operational conditions, Kapas Island Resort reserves the right to alter or cancel any itinerary or tours without compensation.
3. Upon confirmation of booking 40% of the tour price must be paid. Full payment must be paid not less than 14 days before the date of tour departure.
4. There shall be no refund of any deposit. No refund or reduction will be allowed in respect of accommodation, meals or any service not utilized for any reason whatsoever.
5. The company reserves the right to alter or modify without prior notice of the itineraries, accommodation, due to circumstances over which the company has no control.
6. Programmes, tour price, service and condition are based on the situation applicable at the time of publication and are subjected to charge without notice.
7. The company reserves the right to execute or conduct any tours or transfer if full payments is not received.
8. All bank-in shall be made payable to SYAZA TRAVEL & TOURS Sdn Bhd. The company bank accounts are as follows:
