From Wednesday, 9 August to 10 September 2010, alongside the wide array of traditional local favourites, sumptuous dishes from Iran, Morocco, Turkey, Tunisia, Lebanon, China,India and many more are featured every sunset during the holy month.
Sun & Surf Café’s Ramadhan Buffet is priced at RM98++ per adult and RM49++ per child, and served from 6 to 10pm nightly. ‘Live’ action stalls dot its outdoor terrace in addition to the widespread buffet. The chic Atrium Café’ lays out an equally tantalising spread of Ramadhan delicacies, and the buffet is priced at RM85++ per adult and RM 42.50++ per child. Both restaurants are offering 25% discount from 9 to 17 August and 7 to 10 September 2010, and the month-long feast will also enable lucky diners to win air tickets to various destinations around the world.

The Ramadhan culinary feast takes off with delectable dishes representing Morocco. Painstakingly slow-cooked with spices and dried fruits to create the perfect stew, the Moroccan Tangine comprising choices of either chicken, lamb or quail, is not to be missed. Complete the Moroccan experience with Steamed Couscous.
The Iranian spread offers Hummus (Chick Pea Dip with Tahina and Olive Oil), Maoutable (Roasted Blended Eggplant with Tahina), Iranian Minced Lamb Kebab and more. Stop for a moment to admire and sample the Lebanese Tabouleh (Parsley Salad with Crushed Wheat) or bite into a series of Turkish kebabs, ranging from Hammour Kebab marinated in Lemon Juice and Saffron, Chicken Kebab with Saffron plus other tasty dishes.

Alternatively, head on to the Indian varieties and have a taste of Tandoori embodied in dishes like Quail, Chicken leg, Prawn and Lamb Tandooris. In the regular favourites and local Ramadhan specialties line-up, both restaurants feature a wide assortment of salads, appetizers, Ramadhan chips, nuts, pickles, soups, hot dishes, pastries and desserts.
The Ramadhan corners consist of lemang, pulut kuning,nasi himpit,serunding and acar rampai,plus a multitude of rice dishes that harmonise perfectly with various gulai and curry dishes. The drinks and juice stations are equally colourful with choices comprising air bandung, air tebu, air kacang soya and air sirap selasih, all aptly symbolising the breaking of fast with a sweet drink,dates and sweet treats.
The colossal assemble of local dishes encompasses Ayam Panggang Bawang Putih, Daging Hitam Manis Berkerisik, Udang Harimau Percik, Ketam Goreng Berempah and plenty more.
