"pusat2 pelancongan perlu memperbanyakkan aktiviti rekreasi air seperti aktiviti berkayak dan beberapa sukan air untuk menarik minat serta tumpuan pelancong dalam dan luar negara mengunjungi tempat2 pelancongan yang disediakan oleh pihak resort."
