Facilities and services include nature interpretive centre with personalized facilitation, outdoor guided tour (Look-Out-Tower, Swan Lake, Flamingo Pond), venue hire for all types of customized event, educational trips for school students and tour packages for tourists' group.

Adjacent to the main park, is the Lake Recreational Centre, where you will encounter a high element of fun within the lake. Enjoy the boat rides, kayak and canoe around the lake. For the more adventurous join the signature Putrajaya Wetland Camp Series. Fishing enthusiast, find your scenic spot to catch the array of freshwater fishes found in the lake.

Putrajaya Wetland opens daily from 7am - 7pm and the Lake Recretional centre opens daily from 10am - 6pm, weekends from 10am - 7pm (closed on Monday except Public Holidays)

The Nature Interpretive Centre is open from 10am - 6pm (Tuesday - Saturday), 10am - 7pm (Sunday, Public Holidays and School Holidays, closed on Monday except Public Holidays)
