This resplendent structure, with its majestic domes and gold inlay motifs', is a spectacular sight. More important, it is ideally located as a place of worship for Kota Kinabalu's Muslim inhabitants and visitors.
Located in Kota Kinabalu at Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, it is visited by tourist for its simplistic modern design and beauty along with the large dome, which uses a honeycomb pattern design with gold coloured linings that makes the mosque a popular place for visitors from both local and foreign country to take pictures.
Located near Sabah State Muzium, the mosque holds its own uniqueness in attracting people for either religious activities or its architectural design.
