Shah Alam Wet World Water Park
"
This colourfully themed waterpark has been attracting kids like bees to honey, since its opening in February 1996. The park is child-friendly where water level is not more than one metre."
The perfect family outing destination, Wet World Shah Alam faces the scenic Taman Tasik Shah Alam and was constructed to be child-friendly and user safe. Like bees to honey, kids living in and around the Shah Alam area have been attracted to this water park since its opening in 1996. The park was designed to be child-friendly whereby no part of the water level in this park is more than one metre deep.
Its range of water attraction includes the Fountain of Youth, Cascading Waterfalls, Neptune Challenge, Atlantis City, Big Splash, Lighthouse Escape, Tunnel Water Slide, and Treasure Island. But the greatest thrill of all must be the Monsoon Buster ride, a big hit among kids and adults since it was opened. Touted as one of the world's longest uphill water coaster rides, Monsoon Buster is 225 metres long. Propelled upward by water jets, the ride sends riders upward, defying the natural law of gravity. Mum and Dad can join in the ride together with their children. Your kids will also have spectacular fun with the funny yellow submarine located at the supervised activity area. Visit the Shah Alam Wet World Theme Park and you are in for a real quality time with the family. Facilities found here include a fast food centre, gift shops and changing areas.
The Shah Alam Wet World Theme Park is open weekdays (except Wednesday) from 1pm to 7pm. On Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 10am to 8pm.
