"Gemas Rail station is the place you pick up the jungle train for Kota Bahru. Called by the Malays "Jungle Tiga" (jungle 3) there are two a day, one in the evening at about 7.30; and the other at 7.30 in the morning. The trip takes 12hrs or so to Wakuf Bahru -the rail station for Kota Bahru. The station is fine, even charming; and the ticket seller very pleasant indeed. Gemas is a nice peaceful town."

"Gemas very nice and peacefull place with fresh air, nice people with nice nature environment.
beside that, near by sungai kelamah, have one place for rock climbing. Very nice limestone rock ! Range from 5C to 6C (France Grading System)"
