The neighbourhood Association (Rukun Tetangga) was formed in 1969 to foster understanding among the various races in multi-ethnic Malaysia. It organises watch groups for patrol duty at night to help stamp out crime and social ills. The gallery has audio-visual facilities and exhibits showcasing the history, mission, vision and activities of the Neighbourhood Association.

Getting there
You can take Intrakota buses no. 16, 259, 24C or 24A to go to this place. The museum is located on the 7th and 8th floor of Wisma Bumi Raya which is just down the road from Pertama Complex and Sogo Shopping Center.
