This mountain can easily be climbed from Cameron Highlands and can be done in a day. You will be starting your climb from a higher altitude, which is a cooler start and the route passes through moss forest.
The start of the trek begins about 1 km from the peak of Mount Brinchang and enters the mossy forest almost immediately. From the peak, you can see the telecommunication tower at Mount Brinchang as well as Kampung Raja.
