For those living in the Sri Hartamas and Mont Kiara areas, there is the Mont Kiara flea market held every Sunday from 10am to 6pm at the Sunrise Complex.

Held outdoors, by the fountain area, the flea market has cleverly included mist fans located at various points to cool down the customers strolling from one stall to another, especially in the intensely unforgiving Malaysian afternoon sun! In addition to being a bigger flea market, the one in Mont Kiara also offers different goods for sale: modern knick knacks. No trace of antique or collectors items for sale here.

What you can find are traditional clothing, hand-made bags of various sizes, homemade cakes and cookies, scented candles, decorative plants, animal print products (T-shirt, umbrellas, place mats and such), fashion accessories (necklace, bracelets, etc.), toys, pet treats and much more.

Moreover, to further pull in the crowd, magic shows and games are organized during parts of the day to involve the whole family.
