The cruise duration is approximately 2 and a half hours. In good weather, you will witness the lovely sunset as you see Miri from a different angle - from the river.
If you are lucky, you may even see a few crocodiles lounging by the river banks. The brackish river water is frothy and has a thin layer of oil, so swimming or dipping your hands into it is strictly discouraged.
There is also barbecued meat served onboard from 5.30pm onwards. Departure point is the Miri Marina Bay and it costs RM128 per pax including BBQ. The boat can accommodate 10 to 20 people at a time. Please give 3 days advanced notice and deposit to book the cruise.
