"Ostrich, the amazing long-necked, fast moving largest flightless bird in the world, is the star of the Jelita Ostrich Show Farm."
Nestling among lush vegetation and facing a mountainous range lies Malaysia's first Ostrich Show Farm, The Jelita Ostrich Show Farm. This farm which lies nine km away from the scenic town of Seremban, offers the right environment for ostriches to roam free as it would in its natural environment.
Here, visitors are briefed on the ostrich industry by an experienced multilingual guide who will take visitors through the farm. Visitors are then taken to a breeding pen where a demonstration on the right way to pick up eggs will be shown.
Visitors are allowed to ride ostriches and those who do so are given certificate qualifying them as ostrich jockeys.
