GETTING THERE
The bridge is located about 8km from the town of Segamat town. From Segamat town, get onto Jalan Ibrahim, heading towards Seremban. This road will lead to Jalan Abdullah and Jalan Buloh Kasap, which will lead you to Buloh Kasap town where the bridge is.
Jambatan Putus, Buloh Kasap
" A stark reminder of the destructive effect of war. The broken bridge is situated in a quiet town called Buloh Kasap."

Jambatan Patah (broken bridge) is situated in a quiet town called Buloh Kasap. The bridge spans across the upper Muar River, and serves as an eerie reminder of the events that took place here during World War II. In January 1942, the British Armed Forces deliberately demolished part of Jambatan Patah, with hopes of halting the advancement of Japanese forces that was progressing further south through the peninsula. Today,  a wooden platform has been built at the other end of the bridge, overlooking the river, to enable visitors to have a good view of the bridge.
