Maintained by the municipality and lying within city limits, this gem of a public recreational park covers 32 hectares. It presents an ideal venue for jogging or soaking in the tranquillity of the seven lakes and arboreal splendour of the tropical flora, which have been painstakingly identified and tagged. Children can also swim (Fridays to Sundays only) and have fun in the multi-themed playground. For just RM20 on weekends, anglers can have a go at fishing by the lakes.
There's an Orchid Park there which houses more than 200 species from Taiwan, Indonesia South Africa, and rare hybrids
The area offers a food court and ample parking for cars.
Admission is free.
