"Located in the Silver Bird Complex in Shah Alam, High5 Bread Town amazes visitors with more than 5,000 years of bread history depicted in vibrant murals and hands-on displays."

High5 Bread Town is the world's first complex dedicated to the legacy of bread.

Located in the Silver Bird Complex in Shah Alam, High5 Bread Town amazes visitors with more than 5,000 years of bread history depicted in vibrant murals and hands-on displays.

Showcasing centuries of bread-making, High5 Bread Town takes you on an exciting journey through world civilisations - from ancient Egypt through to the Iron Age, the Roman and Viking periods, right through the Industrial Revolution to the present day.

Discover the improvements to grain quality, the milling and baking processes, and the shape and texture of bread of the various eras.

Meet the Earl of Sandwich - a prominent member of Georgian society who never had the time to sit down for a proper meal.  Not surprisingly, the Earl was credited with introducing the sandwich, as we know it today.  Your "journey" takes you past an olden day bread shop where different types of bread from all over the world are displayed.  Stroll a little further down and you will bear amazing witness to the larger-than-life bread-making equipment, from the oven to the toaster.

Step into the Time Tunnel and be transported from the past into the future.  The tunnel gives visitors an intriguing glimpse into what might be the different types of bread of the future.
Exit the Time Tunnel and visitors will look into the largest standalone bread factory in Southeast Asia.

Even more spectacular is the fact that the rest of the tour takes place on an 880-feet elevated walkway, where visitors will get a first-hand look at the bread-making process of today using the latest state-of-the-art technology.

The tour ends with a stroll through a souvenir shop where visitors can pick up mementos such as Bread Town T-shirts, caps and tumblers for a nominal fee.  Silver Bird food products (such as a range of frozen cakes, frozen pizza, Legend of the Sea snacks, breakfast cereals, etc) as well as the freshest range of High5 bread and products can also be purchased.

Bread Town will give visitors an opportunity to experience and see for themselves how bread-making has evolved since ancient times, where state-of-the-art machinery was seen as a dream of the future.

High5 Bread Town is open to the public at an entrance fee of RM10.00 per adult, RM8.00 per student and RM5.00 per child between the ages of 6 and 12 years. Operational hours are from 9:00am - 6:00pm. People who wishes to go there have to first make reservations and fix a schedule.
