Dataran Gemilang is a circular shaped plaza located in Percint 4 and marks the end of the southern end of Putrajaya Boulevard.

The piazza is generously decorated with a canvas-like structure as a rest area for visitors to take a shade under on hot sunnys day or wet rainy days. The round shaped open space in the middle of the structure represents unity, which is one of the important elements in building up the nation.

As with the other plazas, this plaza has a direct pedestrian access to the Waterfront Promenades and vantage point towards the Putrajaya Dam.
