1. Snake Island (Pulau Ular)

Snake Island, or Pulau Ular, is a small and quaint rock-infested island that is decent for a brief getaway from the rest of the world.

2. Jubli Perak Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Agricultural Park

A showcase of nation's agriculture heritage, this Agricultural Park was established to benefit the farming community in particular, and all levels of society in general.

3. Tioman Island

Considered one of the most beautiful islands in the world, Tioman is a marine park that has spectacular reefs. The island is blessed with lovely beaches, waterfalls and rugged rainforests that are ideal for trekking and rock climbing.

4. The Tun Razak Memorial Hall

This memorial hall houses some of the late Tun Abdul Razak's personal effects and memorabilia. It offers the visitor a life like experience of the atmosphere of a typical Malay village house at the turn of the century.

5. Sultan Abu Bakar State Museum

At a glance, you might think you've arrived at a palace with its elaborate Malay architectural design. But, it is actually a state museum...

6. Chamang Waterfall

Situated at a quiet leisurely town with spring cool water of Bentong, visitors will be enthralled by Chamang Waterfalls or so called the 'Lover's Falls'.

7. Jeram Besu (Besu Rapids)

One of the most challenging white water-rafting areas in the country, the rapid is just about three-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur.

8. Kota Gelanggi Cave

A 150 million year old historical and mythical cave complex rests here. The magnificent cave chambers are among the best in this region.

9. Endau River

The spectacular Sungai Endau and its surrounding rainforests harbours a fascinating variety of rare and exotic bird and animal. At its source are some of the most spectacular waterfalls in the country, which can only be reached after a day's trek.

10. Cherating Beach

Cherating is a famous beach town not only famous to Malaysians, but to surfers and beach bums alike worldwide. About 47km north of Kuantan, the beach town is a hidden enclave along the famed stretch of Cherating Beach – immaculate and breath taking – lining the east coast of the Peninsular. So much so that the famous Club Mediterranee, commonly known as Club Med, set up its first Asia resort in Cherating.
