1. Johor River
Today, tourists flock to Kota Tinggi to have a close encounter with one of nature's phenomenon - the mesmerising glow of fireflies in the thousands...
2. Grisek Hot Spring
This recreational site for the family is 4km drive from the main road and is filled with scenic rural view that is rewarding to the eyes.
3. Perigi Batu Pahat (Batu Pahat Well)
The historical well that gives the district its name. Besides this attraction, the beach, though is not suitable for swimming, is a nice ground for fishing and to enjoy the cool air.
4. Teluk Punggai Beach
The beach, located about 92km from Kota Tinggi is an alternative spot to engage in various beach activities like boating, kayaking, jetskiing, fishing and picnicking.
5. Kampung Sri Lukut
With about 295 acres of paddy field, this agro tourism destination is located near Sungai Madek forest reserve. A visit to the village is an true experience.
6. Aur Island
Pulau Aur and its surrounding islands are rated by divers as one of the best scuba diving destinations.
7. Mount Lambak Recreational Forest
Located at the foothill of Gunung Lambak, some 5km from the town of Kluang is this recreational forest. It is a favourite retreat for picnics, bathing and mountain-climbing.
8. Rambah Beach
Bird singing competitions, bird watching, picnicking and fishing are the recommended activities at this beach located close to Kukup and Tanjung Piai.
9. Danga Bay
Danga Bay or Teluk Danga is Malaysia's premier waterfront city and the largest recreational park in the city of Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Besides being a rustic residential waterfront getaway, it is also a great place to hang out, shop and eat till you drop. Danga Bay is also sometimes referred to as the Vision City of the South.

Ayer Hitam Animal Husbandry Centre offers a host of activities for visitors including horseback riding, fishing and camping.
