This beautiful jungle waterfall is one of many popular local waterfalls in the state of Perak. It is located at the foothills of the Kledang Range, just beside the Ipoh-Lumut Expressway. This popular picnic site among locals and tourists is only a walking distance from Buntong Jaya or Taman Buntong Ria.
The refreshing atmosphere and the sounds of the cascading waterfall give this place a unique charm of its own. While some may picnic along its banks, many could not resist taking a dip in the ice-cool mountain water.
There is a track to the left of the waterfall leading into the jungle for the more adventurous minds to indulge in the rich variety of the jungle flora. And if you look closely, you may spot some beautiful birds and butterflies that inhabit the surrounding area.
